Green Gazpacho Soup

Green Gazpacho Soup

Green foods are often the tastiest. Cucumbers are high in nutrients and low in calories, they also help with hydration. Spinach is rich in vitamins like vitamin C and minerals like potassium and magnesium. Green bell peppers are a good source of antioxidants and avocado is a great source of good fat.

Basil is a great digestion aid and anti-inflammatory, parsley has great antibacterial properties helping your body battle off infections.

This soup is a power soup, it will give your body a much-needed boost and it looks pretty cool too.

I know how difficult it is to get children to enjoy green foods but there’s so much benefit from eating a variety of vegetables. If you are making sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals, then eating this soup full of variety means you can’t go wrong.

If there’s anything you really don’t like the taste of, then leave it out of the soup. It will taste just as good.
