My name is Jade Witt, and I made the switch to a vegan-friendly lifestyle many years ago.
Like just about everyone you know, I grew up eating whatever my parents did.
I had chicken nuggets for lunches, deli meat sandwiches, and milk in my cereal every morning. I didn’t realize what my diet was doing to me.
Then I wised up. When I was a teenager, I spent a lot of time looking up the way that machine farming and eating meat has an impact on the environment.
As a grassroots environmentalist in high school and college, I changed the way I eat, and the way I live my life.
There’s a lot of time and effort that just goes into the research behind switching to a vegan lifestyle, but I want to help you with it.
It’s a lot of information to handle on your own, so why should you have to do that?
