Vozar at WAGfree

Vozar at WAGfree is now the official name of our Brixton Village operation.  WAGfree is the place (and the baked goods), Martin Vozar is the chef and Vozar at WAGfree is the whole experience.

Vozar at WAGfree is open Tuesday-Sunday, from 11.30 am (10.30 on Saturdays), and closes at 10.30pm (4.00pm on Tuesdays).

And the best news is that it's licensed! As of yesterday, we now have an alcohol licence and can sell gluten-free beer (and other alcholic beverages) whenever it's open.  



There are currently no vacancies at WAGfree Food. However that doesn't mean there won't be any in the near future.

Once a week, we'll deliver a varying selection of popular products to give your gluten-free customers a better choice than your competitors.  The price of the box is fixed, the contents vary but there's a minimum of £50-worth of product at our Brixton Retail Price.  This is a really simple way to make sure you have an attractive range without the complications of ordering one or two items of each sort.

More than just a lifestyle choice

For about one in a hundred people, being gluten-free isn't a fashionable lifestyle choice, it's essential to stay healthy.

The slightest contamination with gluten-containing products is dangerous to people with coeliac disease. By law, products sold as "gluten-free" must contain less than 20ppm gluten. You must ensure that you have appropriate procedures to avoid cross-contamination from airborne flour particles, crumbs carried on knives, cutting-boards, toasters, butter, spreads and fillings, or poorly-trained staff with inadequate awareness of the dangers of gluten to those with coeliac disease.
